HI EVERYONE! It my 13th day after my mega diet start. :/ I know it a long journey ahead but I need to stand strong..T_T
In the morning I still proud of myself for not touching McDonald for 2 weeks and I break the chain on the afternoon ..:/ But it should not a big problem with some exercise right? ;D

Basically I need to cut down weight as somehow I think it affecting my back. I have hard time coping with back problem :(

Secondly there is nothing much to do at home for this holiday so I might as well as keep my body fit right?

Third, I GAIN wayyyyy LOTS OF WEIGHT DURING ITE, I need to really cut cut CUT! In order to wear back my old clothes T_T

I successfully shed 6 kg in 2 weeks and planning to shed about 7 to 8 kg before school start. :/
Y 7-8 kg? Coz if shed more than than I know what I will faced again...Pale complexion ,weak immune system and poor digestive system. I used to shed 10kg in 2 weeks and I look like a vampire T_T

Went brisk walking jus now, feeling all good so I'm gonna start my jogging routine tmr.

TARGET: JOG AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK
TARGET WEIGHT LOSS: 7 KG


Today I wear back those shorts that I cant wear and those fit well ;D It some kind of motivation rite?;D
